that you give Webnabit when you use this website.

of Webnabit with our policies in regards to the
distribution of information, and the freedom to
distribute information in regards to profiles,
etc. Use of the Website is governed by the Terms
and Conditions. As such, acceptance of the Terms
and Conditions also constitutes acceptance of

Webnabit is committed to ensuring that your privacy
is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain
information by which you can be identified when
using this website, then you can be assured that
it will only be used in accordance with this privacy

Webnabit, and any co-sponsor of the promotion

form or to provide it to any wholly or majority-owned
subsidiary of Webnabit or contest co-sponsors,
please do not enter the contest or sweepstakes.
Citizen Registration Information
As stated in the Terms and Conditions you may
browse Webnabit as a visitor or a “Citizen”
(meaning you have submitted information to become
a member). In order to become a Citizen, users
must submit data to a registration form and select
a username and password. During the process of
registration users are asked questions regarding
personal information such as; age, gender, email
address, province/state and zip/postal code. This
information is used to create a membership and
some of it may be displayed on a citizen profile.
Personal Profile Information
If you are a “Citizen” of Webnabit
you have the option to display personal information
such as age, gender, hobbies in what is known
as your personal profile. Webnabit encourages
you to post any information you deem relevant
in order to receive a personalized experience
with our website. We are not responsible for the
Personal Information you choose to submit in your
Personal Profile. When information is updated
in personal profiles, we keep prior ones on record.
Pictures
Members have the option of uploading pictures.
Be aware that any picture uploaded are considered
public and can be viewed by all visitors to the
site. You also have the option to designate a
picture as your profile picture. Be aware there
are guidelines to uploading photos, which can
be viewed in the Terms and Conditions or Code
of Ethics.
Invitations and Other Communications to
Non-Members
Webnabit offers referral services to the website.
In the event users send a referral Webnabit will
link to the recipients contact information and/referral
number. An automatic e-mail message will be sent
to the contact. Webnabit will store referral recipients
contact information. Webnabit will not sell the
email addresses you provide for referrals or use
that information to send any other communication
besides invitations or reminders. Recipients of
Webnabit community invitations can always contact
us to have their name removed from the mailing
list.
Information from Other Sources
From time to time, Webnabit may receive information
from other sources about our users, and add it
to our account information. For example, we may
receive information about promotions from third
parties. Also, we may choose to purchase demographic
information, in order to provide a more personal
experience. We also may obtain search term and
search result information from some searches conducted
through the Internet search features; search results
and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored
links from Google).
Website Traffic Information
Webnabit may also analyze a users Internet Protocol
address, which is used to connect the users computer
to the Internet. We also may use software tools
such as JavaScript to measure and collect information
from sessions including length, page response
times, download errors, page interactions etc.
We collect this information from all users, normally
through automated means.
Cookies and Pixel Tags
Cookies are bits of information websites may send
to a users Internet browser, and can then be stored
on the hard drive. Cookies act as identifiers
of computers. Cookies don't actually identify
the visitor, just the computer that a visitor
uses to access our site. The only personal information
a cookie can contain is information you supply.
A cookie can't read unrelated data off your hard
drive. A pixel tag, also known as a clear GIF
or web beacon, is an invisible tag placed on certain
pages of the Website but not on your computer.
When pages containing pixel tags are accessed,
they generate a generic notice. Pixel tags usually
work in conjunction with cookies in order to identify
when a certain computer visits a particular page.
If you turn off cookies, the pixel tag will simply
detect an anonymous Website visit and certain

The advertisements appearing on Webnabit may be
delivered to all users. We share website usage
information for the purposes of targeting our
advertisements.

sent an ad. This is a way for ad servers to recognize
the ad you clicked on, or ads selected by others

of cookies, and does not cover ones ran by any

to receive information from. The party who is

Registered Citizen information is displayed to
others in order to create more interaction within
the Webnabit community. A users citizen name and
picture will always be viewable to all visitors
to Webnabit. Citizens can search for friends and
acquaintances using personal information such
as; name, age , or email, but only if this information
has been previously provided. The following sections
describe additional information that may be viewable
by others.
Service Providers
Webnabit may use third parties to provide certain
services to aid our website. These third parties
may have access to all of your Personal Information.
These third parties are prohibited from using
your Personal Information for any other purpose.
Promotional Offers
Occasionally Webnabit may send offers
on behalf of other businesses.. When we do this,
it does not give that business your name or any
other Personal Information. Participation in these
